TO CHI OR NOT TO CHI?!

Running for me is SLOW GOING, but as the message above says, I still run!

I'm trying to do more and more running by increasing my run time each week.  So far this week I've done 10 minutes of intermittent running for two days.  Considering I haven't run since I was like 8 years old or in high school where we had to run in order to pass PE, I think that's pretty darn good.  Plus, I'm not 8 anymore!  LOL

My training partner, hereby known as my son, has starting exercising again, running for a couple of miles all at once.  My day will come I'm sure of it.  Anyway, son told me about ChiWalking/Running and although I haven't had the chance to try it yet, I'm looking forward to seeing how it works for me.  I have exercise induced asthma and breathing becomes labored if I don't use my inhaler, but thankfully I got a new inhaler yesterday so I'm ready for that next run, Chi or otherwise.  :-)

Wish me luck!  Today is day 25 by the way, onward and upward.

To day 26 and beyond...
