"We
gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which
we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we
think we cannot." -- Eleanor Roosevelt
What a great quote to keep the momentum of training going. Just when I think there may be little hope that I'll once again be able to do, let alone finish, a half marathon, I put self-doubt aside and keep going. Facing the fear of being too old, too heavy, bad knees, etc. are in the past, my future is looking better with each step I take. MOVING FORWARD!
Thanks Mrs. Roosevelt for reminding my to face my fears head on!
